Pre-Pledge Page Tool

Fill in the artist, crop the hero photo, export one code block. Headline, hero, pledge form and body copy all ship together — the copy is pre-written, so a campaign with no changes needs nothing but the name and the photo.

How to use

  1. Get the hero image URL first.
    • Squarespace → AssetsUpload — upload the photo
    • Hover the tile → •••File Details
    • Right-click the image → Copy Image Address
    • Paste into Hero image URL below
  2. Fill in the artist fields. First and last name build the headline and the thank-you message. The artist email rides along to Zapier so the Zap knows whose campaign the pledge belongs to.
  3. Crop the hero. Pick a ratio, drag directly on the photo to reposition it, and use the zoom slider to push in.
  4. Send a test pledge to confirm the Zap is firing, then check the Zapier task history.
  5. Export widget code, open the code block on the artist's pre-pledge page, select all, delete, paste, save.
If filled, the headline uses this instead of the artist’s name.
Sent to Zapier with every pledge. Not shown on the page.
Ends the headline: “Caroline Reese’s Studio Album”.
Drag the photo in the preview to reposition it.

Preview — all copy is pre-filled and editable; click into it only if this artist wants changes. Drag the photo to reposition.

Assuming my campaign launches in the next few weeks, do you envision being ready to make your donation by then?

Thank you.

Your pledge is recorded. The artist will be in touch shortly with next steps.

Exports as #pd-prepledge-container. Background is transparent — it picks up the Squarespace section background on the live page. The preview form is live: submitting it here posts a real test pledge to Zapier.
